YMSL Automations LLC operates IReady, a pre-procedure phone call and text message service for patients of medical practices. Patients enroll with IReady, and IReady writes and sends every message. This policy covers lazers.ai and the IReady messaging service.

Information we collect

• From the medical practice: the patient's first name, mobile phone number, appointment date and time, and the preparation instructions the practice selects.
• From the patient: replies to our calls and text messages, including opt-out and help requests.
• From practice staff: name, work email, and sign-in details for their accounts.
• From website visitors: what you enter in our contact form.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the appointment and preparation messages the practice requested, to show patient replies to the practice's staff, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging and mobile information

Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to, transferred to, or exchanged with any third party, affiliate or partner. Text messaging consent is a direct agreement between the patient and IReady, operated by YMSL Automations LLC. YMSL Automations LLC is the only business that sends from its messaging numbers, and consent is never reused for another program or sender. Mobile numbers are used only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms.

Mobile carriers and our telephone network provider carry each message to the patient's phone. They act only on our instructions and may not use a mobile number or consent record for any purpose of their own.

Who we share other information with

We share information other than mobile numbers and text messaging consent only with the patient's own medical practice, with service providers that run the service for us under contract (cloud hosting and database hosting), and when the law requires it.

Retention and security

Call and message content is deleted 90 days after it is created. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and staff access requires individual accounts with two-factor sign-in.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any IReady text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. To ask about or correct your information, contact your medical practice or email us.
