Program

IReady appointment messages are written and sent by IReady, a service of YMSL Automations LLC. Messages are notices about your upcoming procedure appointment, with a callback number for your care team. Every message starts with "IReady:".

How you opt in

You give consent directly to IReady. When your procedure is scheduled, staff ask whether you agree to receive appointment text messages from IReady at your mobile number and record your answer in IReady with the date, time and staff member. Your consent is never shared, sold, transferred or reused for another program or sender. Consent to texts is not a condition of care. See how consent is collected.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically one to three messages per scheduled procedure. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email dsing@lazers.ai.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
